Random Notes to Self:
  • Purchase "Sports Adventure" travel insurance from Access America for the America By Bicycle 2010 "Across America North Tour" (Triple Occupancy Room Rate: $6850) + all correlated travel costs (e.g. airfare, bus fare, pre-paid hotels before/after the tour, other travel-related incidentals in case of trip cancellation, travel delay, personal injury before or during the tour and other covered benefits/reasons).
  • Continue researching nutritional needs for endurance cycling.
  • Figure out how to screen-print Ellen DeGeneres' world domination flag on a lycra cycling jersey.
"'Easy' means taking a leisurely ride, 'pace' means matching the speed you plan to maintain for the century, and 'brisk' means cycling faster than your century pace."
